Payment Policies
All credit card payments are processed by the tour operator that
is used to book your vacation package.
You will be notified upon confirmation which company was used so that you
can match that to your credit card statement. A copy of your credit card
and / or a signed authorization form may be requested.
If you are not traveling within 35 days we can also accept payment by
cashiers check or money order. We cannot accept personal checks or
cash by mail.
If you are traveling more than 45 days away then it is possible only a
deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. In this case your
final balance due will be due no later than 45 days prior to
departure.
Once final payment has been received your travel documents will be
processed and forwarded to you about 2-3 weeks prior to departure via
regular ground UPS. Overnight service is available at an additional charge.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by tour operator. In general once money is
applied to a vacation package there would be a penalty for any change or
cancellation. We will notify you prior to deposit what the specific
cancellation penalties are for the package you reserve.
We highly recommend travel insurance and it is available for any
package. This will help protect you from costly penalties in the
event you have to cancel for covered reasons. A brochure with
specific requirements is available upon request.
